We offer technology and consulting services to the Minneapolis and St. Paul Area. We have been in business since 2010 and have successfully executed many contracts. The company is owned by Sean Godinez and Michael Boldischar. We are local engineers who are passionate about technology.

History

Our company started as Disgruntled Rats LLC in 2010. We primarily did video game development for mobile phones. In particular, we built a game engine for Android. We also developed an app called Mobile Model Viewer for viewing Collada 3D models on phones. During this period, we were also doing podcasts and having quite a lot of fun.

Then, we renamed our company to do consulting work. Lemma Logic LLC became our flagship consulting enterprise. We successfully completed many contracts and made many customers happy.

In 2018, we rebranded again.

We are now Gladival LLC.
